Subspecialty Interests: Breast Imaging and Intervention, Body Imaging

Dr Yang Yi Ong is a radiologist who graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney and completed her Radiology training at Concord and Westmead Hospitals. She completed a subspecialty fellowship in Breast and Body Imaging at the University Hospital Network in Toronto, Canada in 2007. She has a passionate interest in Breast Imaging and Body Imaging, working primarily in these subspecialty areas. She was responsible for setting up the Breast MRI service at Concord Hospital in 2009. She is currently a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney and the Director of Training at Concord Hospital where she is a staff specialist. Yang Yi joined San Radiology in 2017 where she is involved in all aspects of Breast Imaging, including 3D mammography and tomosynthesis, ultrasound, CT, MRI and image guided biopsies.
